PCD-7006C

The PCD-7006C card is an additional type of multifunctional DAQ PCI card series offering bidirectional digital ports.

As its main function the card provides six 8-bit bidirectional digital ports, software configurable as input or output. Moreover, the power-up configuration can be easily modified by the software utility and stored into onboard EEPROM memory.

The card also includes IRQ logic with five interrupt sources derived from four digital inputs and from the internal timer. The timer allows the user (together with the period setup, startup and stop) to read back its actual state.

All DAQ PCI cards "C" series are equipped CardID - two segment DIP switch that allows to recognise up to 4 cards (especially when installing multiple cards of the same type).

First two digital ports are accessible via two D-Sub 9 connectors; both of them are placed on the card mounting bracket. Next four digital ports are accessible via the PCE-16xx series adaptors (not included), using the card mounting bracket with two D-Sub 25 or D-Sub 9 connectors.
