Analog amplifiers for laboratory use

These modules are intended for signal conditioning of analog inputs at the multifunctional add-on cards (high-impedance inputs not affected by multiplexers) or for adjustment of the add-on cards basic input ranges according to the sensors requirements. BNC connectors or plug-in terminals are alternatively used for input signals. Each channel includes an amplifier with individually adjustable gain.

Differential amplifiers (with multiplexers)

This type of daughter boards is intended for:

OPT-830A eight differential amplifiers for signals with common mode voltage up to ±250VDC (measured difference signal up to ±10VDC)
OPT-830B features like OPT-830A, but extra tri-state output drivers for expanding of the number of inputs up to 32 DIF. (up to 4 pieces OPT-830B)
DIN-830 DIN35 housing for both OPT-830A and OPT-830B

Analog multiplexers

This type of daughter boards is intended for expansion of the number of analog inputs of the DAQ cards (they switch more measured signals to the one input channel of the DAQ card).

Note: These boards are currently compatible with DAQ PCI cards only.

Analog isolation amplifiers

The daughter boards of the isolation amplifiers are intended for the galvanic isolation of the measured signals with required electric strength. They do not need (unlike the analog multiplexer boards) any auxiliary control ports, every channel has one input of the measuring card assigned. BNC connectors or terminals are alternatively used for input signals.

External boards for conditioning of digital signals

The boards are intended for for TTL/HC signal conditioning of DAQ card digital ports according to the technological requirements, i.e. they provide conversion of signal levels and optical isolation.

Note: Unlike the PCE-16xx series (see below), insulation voltage between technological signals and digital port is not limited by the D-Sub connector features.

Internal boards for conditioning of digital signals,
cables with the card mounting bracket

The boards are intended to be installed into the card slot next to the DAQ card. They serve for TTL/HC signal conditioning of DAQ card digital ports according to the technological requirements, i.e. they provide conversion of signal levels and optical isolation.

Note: Unlike the OPT-8xx series (see above), insulation voltage between technological signals and digital port is limited by the D-Sub connector features.

DIN35 housing

A comprehensive set of DIN35 housings for external boards and terminal boards is supplied.
After removing rail fastening clips the housings can be also used in the laboratories for free placement of boards on the workbench.
